I think we have to accept that the concept of masculinity is somewhat elusive. Based on this thread, we can see that there are many definitions, and that's okay!
For some, the physical aspects (muscles, broad shoulders and narrow hips, primary or secondary sex characteristics, etc.) are more important in their definition of masculinity. For others, a person's attitude, personality, and/or behavior are much more relevant. Everyone here will have their own, idiosyncratic definition, and hopefully we can celebrate that without deprecating other peoples' definitions.
If you don't see your definition represented enough, please take it as a motivation to post a pic/video yourself! :)
Personally, I liked that Fred Rogers was posted above, because--although he was neither a muscle man nor particularly macho--he epitomized a certain type of (grand-)fatherliness that I consider to be very masculine.
