If this is the same Leslie Jordan the decade after that picture changed him dramatically.

I noticed him once as a defendant on Night Court from 1988 and even then was the guy you saw on Will and Grace, maybe a few pounds lighter. His character had been carried away by a loose Macy's Day Parade balloon.
