Between 2010 and 2014 he seemed on an upwards trajectory to GLOBAL STAHDOM, but after FURY his career seems to have hit the skids. He only completed four films in the next four years and one of those is still in post-production. Did he intentionally slow down to focus on other things? I can't believe someone as beautiful as him isn't getting offers.

Probably depressed and out of it. Since he is from a very wealthy family he doesn't really need to work when he get's like this. Kinda sad since he actually is talented, but far from a driven actor or creator who prioritize this above other parts of life.

I think his issue is that he is 26 but looks 15 (even with his greying hair) so I am sure he gets scripts for trivial teen roles and he wants more than that hence INDIGNATION and THE VANISHING OF SIDNEY HALL --which isn't that bad of a film.

He's hit the "no longer cute" wall.

His career was based on teen roles, and now that he can no longer pass as 18, casting agents are noticing that he's not particularly good-looking or talented. Definitely not a leading man type, more like one of these cute little guys who looks 15 for a decade, and then turns into a troll at 30.
