I like long hair, but I've never been able to let mine get too long. I start getting an afro at a certain length (and I'm quite white). I like mine longer on the top of the head, and trimmed a little more closely on the back and sides: I don't like it when it starts growing over my ears.

The thing about buzzcuts ... on kids is I look at them and assume their I.Q.s dropped precipitously after getting the cut. They all look like little Nazi youth idiots to me......
