Unfortunately, one batch I made of the gingerbread latte cookies spread all over the pan. Too much moisture.

@R4 wow! Much bigger Southern accent! What a glow up. @R6 his recipes are good! Gingerbread latte cookies and the peppermint brownie ones are winners. They test the baking ones a lot, especially for cookie week. I somehow must have messed up the batch that was too ~moist~ and spread all over. Don't think my oven runs hot.
