Tiny Tranny Hates Burger King, Pussy, Cops

In fairness, if someone was looking up your asshole all the time, you might feel the same way.
They remind me of the child of Pee-Wee Herman and Dottie.

This really isn’t funny at all. This young person is obviously “challenged” and is in a work transition program where the supervisor is unqualified to guide the employee and help them succeed.
| by Anonymous | reply 3 | November 10, 2023 12:27 AM |
I agree, R3. This is incredibly sad and I was deeply moved by how vulnerable this person clearly was, and how lost they looked. The police were at least decent to them and tried to understand them and make the entire ordeal as tolerable as possible. In fact, it is heartbreaking to see how obviously traumatized they were by past events, but at least somebody tried to understand them and treat them with respect.

I don't care how that person "identifies" - still cries and has a hissy fit that would make an 8-year old girl tell her to man-up.
| by Anonymous | reply 7 | November 10, 2023 1:23 AM |
Regardless of how I normally feel about trans hysterics, this person (who seems VERY young) was clearly having a full-on flashback and this was really sad to watch. She was likely sexually abused by a woman authority figure at some point or for a very long time and that trauma was left untreated and simply bandaided over with HRT. I see no reason why that female cop couldn't have respected their wishes and stayed the fuck away when there were plenty of other male cops there to handle it. She fucking comes out and saunters up next to them for...what reason? The male cop had it completely under control at that point. If a suspect being questioned expresses extreme discomfort being close to or touched by a male officer, that is usually respected, so why shouldn't this be?
| by Anonymous | reply 8 | November 10, 2023 3:38 AM |
[quote]I see no reason why that female cop couldn't have respected their wishes and stayed the fuck away when there were plenty of other male cops there to handle it
Because there are regulations regarding what a male police officer can do when the suspect is not male - or at least not male anatomically.
Also, you don't get to pick and choose which police officers you want arresting you. Your "trauma" is irrelevant when you have to be restrained by the police or arrested. If you're being restrained by the police, your "discomfort" is inconsequential. No one would entertain a request for a white office if a neo-nazi was complaining about a black officer.
| by Anonymous | reply 9 | November 10, 2023 3:47 AM |
R9 The suspect didn't need restraining an was not under arrest when she was just being questioned by the male cop. She was explaining what happened relatively calmly. The female officer came out the door and the suspect said "keep her away from me", and the female cop just sidles up for no good reason. She could have just stayed inside or walked away. The male officer didn't need backup. And there were two other male officers behind him.

[quote]Because there are regulations regarding what a male police officer can do when the suspect is not male - or at least not male anatomically.
What? It's not like the suspect required a strip-searching. There are regulations on male cops questioning anatomically female suspects? What kind of tripe is that?
| by Anonymous | reply 11 | November 10, 2023 4:03 AM |
[quote]The female officer came out the door and the suspect said "keep her away from me", and the female cop just sidles up for no good reason.
The female police officer came onto the scene to help the other officer make the arrest and put her in handcuffs.
Note that the female officer nods to the other officer and he says, "yeah", and they make the arrest.
When you are being arrested, you don't get to decide who deals with you. You are not the boss.

We used “Wisely” payment cards, for those that aren’t tech savvy it is a truly frustrating platform if you lose the debit card.
I had a whole box of them in my shop and it should’ve been easy enough for the boss to instantly issue her a new one. We transitioned over to a different provider and if you don’t carefully explain to people how it works and what they need to do beforehand, it’s terrible.
These are essentially bank accounts issued by the employer and hosted by ADP. They are handled just like opening a bank account, and because of 9/11 and terrorists, there are hard line rules that can be difficult for certain people to follow. For example, they must mail the card to a physical street address, and cannot use a PO Box or general mail address. People also get the cards stolen from their mail. Worst of all, it is a “persistent” offering even if you leave the company, the account will follow you past your employment, and you need to call in and cancel the card or they charge $4 a month.
Even canceled, YEARS LATER the account will sit and cannot be erased, keeping your SSN, street address, and any utility or bank routing numbers you used for transfers or payment, and other personal identifying info- that could be resold or comprimised at a later date.
The problem is people forget their passcode, have to request a new card to an address, or cannot reach a live operator to handle the issue. As a manager, I HATE dealing with this stuff because I don’t get paid the hour or so required to fix the issue and there are no live operators available.
I would’ve lent her the $100, but it looks like it was her first day and she wanted to get paid right away and that’s not how any of this works.

I agree r8 that's not just a woketard being a dick, that's actual trauma coming out. In fact, I wonder if this person hates women so much she has internalised it, and tried to get rid of that part of herself.
That's extreme.
| by Anonymous | reply 25 | November 10, 2023 10:35 AM |
I totally don’t get why this person, who was so obviously struggling on so many levels and was not in any way behaving violently, had to be put in handcuffs. At the point when that fat blimp of a woman cop (forgive me!) shoved the person brutally down into the plants… well, it’s no wonder that person was feeling traumatized. I couldn’t watch much beyond that.
The first cop, the male, seemed to be managing the situation fine. But the blimp just exacerbated the situation. She seemed to have zero recognition - and zero concern - that she was dealing with someone who was extremely troubled. Would it have been impossible for blimpcop to show one iota of compassion?

Did they assume the police person's gender?
| by Anonymous | reply 27 | November 10, 2023 10:45 AM |
R25 R26 Oh, 100% I believe that's what happened. That seems to be the case with a LOT of trans males (untreated or poorly-treated sexual trauma). I know a PTSD flashback when I see one, and this one was hard as shit to watch. I'm sure under normal circumstances she doesn't flip her lid anytime a woman comes within spitting distance of her, but in this moment, she was super triggered and emotionally reactive. You could actually see her progressively becoming more and more regressed and childlike as it went on, particularly after they tackled her. I don't think she was saying she couldn't breathe to play on the officers' "I don't wanna be the next Derek Chauvin" fears—I think she legitimately couldn't breathe because she was having a panic attack.
The male officer (who seemed to be a bit more trauma-informed and was very kind) was being sensitive to it, but the female officer was either totally inexperienced in this kind of thing, or just being a dick about it. It did not have to escalate to this level. But the male officer really did handle it quite well, and I applaud him for that.

R24, I missed that part, we used Wisely for tips in a corporate hair salon and a wage check issued separately. I agree she didn’t have to be arrested, the cops should’ve had the tiniest bit of compassion and be trained to understand and read the room better.
Wisely specifically makes you jump through several hoops because people would report cards as stolen to try to get undeserved credit, managers have access to the card numbers before signing up, and we had issues with card balances being siphoned off unknowingly- like gift cards, it was obvious the numbers were already compromised before even being initiated. Gasoline purchases would also ding the card for $50-$200 and employees would have to wait several days for the amount to fall off before having access to the balance.
Again, if the girl was told how the card works and how complicated losing one is, maybe she would’ve understood better and not freaked out. The balance sits parked there until she gets a new card.

S/he could have been abused for years as an undiagnosed autistic person.
Emotional regulation is more challenging, their overwhelm is real and is seen as defiance by a parent, caregiver or law enforcement. Bullying at school very common. Sexual assault sounds like it happened as well.
They are often fucked with and if they react or retaliate are seen as the instigator. She may not have had anyone who understands her her whole life. The cop near the end knew how to stop escalating. Her intonation was familiar.
Then again it can be a neurotypical person suffering from mental illness or drug abuse, but I don’t have experience with that. That she has long been mistreated seems very probable.

I’ve said this before- I blame the school and parents for not teaching children a full understanding of police, law enforcement, and the vital importance abiding directions of an officer at a stop or confrontation. With technology, surveillance and computing advancements, it will become even more urgent they do.
There are ALREADY microphones installed in high crime areas that can detect gunshots. Over time, the Internet of things” like doorbell cameras, traffic cams and even something like the checkout register at a store will be legally challenged, then sorted into an agreeable way and wired into a larger matrix. Imagine if you heard a series of chimes in a store that detected you as a possible shoplifter, and that you had the chance to put the item back down and avoid getting caught.
Car insurance companies already do this to drivers, offering lower rates if you download an app that records driving habits- in turn, it changes their behavior PROAVTIVELY. How many people could’ve avoided charges or prison time if they were warned like this?
Law enforcement should come up with three universally understood escalating chimes, colored lights emitted from the body cam, or directives taught as early as possible to every child, and the ramifications of not following them.

I didn't say LAWS I said REGULATIONS - you know, as stated by the female officer when she explained why the male officer wouldn't perform the search.
| by Anonymous | reply 73 | November 12, 2023 9:43 PM |
R73 So if no female officer had been present they wouldn't have conducted the search? I certainly don't think it's regulation for a female officer to do the search even if the suspect is screaming bloody murder to NOT be touched by a woman and showing signs of either acute sexual trauma or psychosis, when there is a perfectly good (and hot) male officer present that she's calm with. De-escalation should always be a priority, as should be utilizing basic trauma-informed care in situations like this.

I don't get why they knocked her on the ground and put handcuffs on her all of a sudden. She was talking to the male officer, than the female officer came out, and she told her that she is too close to her and then the next thing you know, they are arresting her. What exactly did she do wrong? She didn't do anything to that female officer that would make them knock her down
| by Anonymous | reply 76 | November 12, 2023 10:22 PM |
R75 I know it’s not something you discuss or negotiate. This woman is clearly troubled and mentally ill. Why would he be having a polite conversation and then arrest her without announcing it first. Say you are under arrest. The unprovoked physicality seem to make her more unhinged. It just seems like big city cops always tell people they under arrest before they cuff and restrain them. But perhaps with people who are mentally ill they are trained to arrest them off guard. I don’t know.
| by Anonymous | reply 77 | November 12, 2023 10:31 PM |
R76 I’m guessing she acted crazy on learning that she would not be getting paid on that date. She probably went beserk in that Burger King and then calmed down somewhat upon the police arriving. They were going to arrest her for damaging property, etc. I understand why he took her outside. But it just seems weird that they’re having a conversation, she then disrespects the female officer and then they arrest her without stating so. She was going to get arrested regardless. I just don’t understand why they played it so weirdly.
