I guess I never saw the first episode - I wasn't even aware there was a medical explanation for Sophia's lack of filter!

I'm interested in how much better they're dressed--they're not in ugly pastels.

There's something also something different about Estelle Getty's glasses that lets her show her pretty eyes more easily., and lets her be more expressive. She's also either wearing a different wig or using her own natural hair.

Bernice on "Designing Women" also had a great intro.

"You're from America, aren't you?" Later on, paraoahrazing, "When the world is at it's darkest, put your head under your coat."

Grandma Yetta, smoking and looking up on "The Nanny", and saying "Yeah?" was also good. "Flem in a handbag", she says to describe someone she's about to introduce Brighton to. I can barely tolerate it now, but Yetta, Niles and C.C. amuse me far more than Fran and Maxwell, and especially Sylvia.
