Depends on which type they are. Mine is barely visible and it doesn't feel any different to regular skin. Then again, my two nipples aren't sensitive to the touch either.

I think most of them look just like small moles and not like a tiny nipple as is shown in R2. I'm not certain I have them but I think two moles I have are technically nipples as they run along that line. No sensitivity whatsoever.
