We've come so far with hair trends and THIS is what's popular? It's so true though. I was at a packed theme park last summer and almost EVERY male teen/college kid had the cut at R3. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was surreal, actually. I laugh knowing guys are getting the top "permed" to achieve the look.
