The Snow Queen (1957)
Robert Guerrero
This used to be very popular in the USA even though it's the classic of Soviet animation, but it's mostly forgotten now. Hayao Miyazaki has said this film is his favorite of all time and has repeatedly said it was the single greatest influence on his own animation.
If you've never seen it, here it is--it has exquisite animation, and is extremely charming. iI's based on the same hans Christian Andersen tale "Frozen" is based on, although this adheres much more closely to the Andersen tale than the Disney film.

Datalounge favorite Patty McCormack provides the voice of the Robber Girl, and animation voice-over legends Paul frees and June Foray depict multiple roles(including the crows). All three are excellent, as is the less well-known bit actress Louise Arthur who plays the voice of the Snow Queen. (It's amazing to see how beautifully modulated McCormack can be as the Robber Girl given how hilariously larger than life she is in "The Bad Seed.")
Tommy Kirk and Sandra Dee provide the voices of Kai and Gerda: they're of course pretty standard Disney voices
