She looks great. My grandmother made it to 96 but she was pale and bedridden and looked ready to shuffle off. (She’d had a hard and sad life, though.)

Elizabeth looks well and happy. Good for her.

According to Chris Ship of ITV, there was a mini-lift (elevator for the US crowd) installed in the stands near the Queen's seats so she didn't have to climb any stairs. I think the Queen's mobility issues are probably have to do with her knees and it prevents her from going up or down stairs mostly. There were rumours years ago that the Queen required knee replacement surgery but she refused.
