The next James Bond needs to be bisexual.

Writer William Jenkins

The character, not necessarily the actor.

He needs to be seen sexing up hot men and women as the story requires. Should be versatile, too.

The actor *must* be convincing in the role, though. No shrinking alpha violets, please. I think Henry Cavill could manage it.

Fuck yeah! Cavill would be hot, but so would Alex Pettyfer, Jack O'Connell, Theo James, or Charlie Hunnam. Jonathan Bailey if he bulks up.

His male hookups should have badass names like Steele Rodd, Heath Honeypot, and Peter Phister.

Didn't Rupert Everett want to play a gay James Bond? He was ahead of his time. Sadly, he's a tad too long in the tooth now.

Because Hollywood LOVES to fuck around with billion-dollar IP like James Bond so of course they'll make him gay and black and female and keep dreaming.

Excuse my ignorance, but who is in that lovely gif, OP?

by Anonymousreply 4August 17, 2021 1:34 PM

James Bond is a whore. Don't tell me he'd pass up a hot willing boy.

Not OP, but it's Adam Senn & Brent Antonello from the VH1 show Hit the Floor

Daniel Craig's Bond already fessed up to the mansex when Javier Bardem's character was feeling him up.

PS: I want Daniel Craig to sit on my face.

Bond should fuck any hole to accomplish his mission. Animal mineral or vegetable.

He should be about professionalism and doing a thorough job, not bisexuality.

by Anonymousreply 9August 17, 2021 1:49 PM

Once I googled what you wrote, I realized I had actually watched a bit of that, R6, but hadn't recognized them.

Josh O'Connor as a sensitive, artsy, fancy clothes wearing bisexual James Bond.

by Anonymousreply 11August 17, 2021 1:56 PM

I'm thinking Tom Ellis. He (or at least the writers) showed on "Lucifer" that he was perfectly happy to swing both ways. Plus I'm all for any chance to enjoy Tom Ellis on a big screen. Yum.

If the next James Bond isn't trans, it will constitute MORAL VIOLENCE!

by Anonymousreply 13August 31, 2021 11:28 PM

Bond was played as coded gay character (albeit as a a role in order to infiltrate the villain's plot) in "In Her Majesty's Secret Service". And as noted above, Craig's version confessed to experience. I don't think it would be shocking IRL to think that a secret agent would be required to assume a sexual persona. The thing is that as Bond is perceived as heterosexual, his antagonists would tend to attempt to compromise him that way.

by Anonymousreply 14August 31, 2021 11:41 PM

If the character is bisex, it MUST be played by a bisex. PERIOD.

by Anonymousreply 15August 31, 2021 11:46 PM

Well of course Craig's Bond confessed to experience, he went to an all-male boarding school after all!

But beyond that, he should logically be willing and able to do whatever he needs to do for queen and country, and if that means fucking anything with a hole in it, well, that's what I expect that kind of testosterone-laden alpha male to do. It's a pity that Hollywood will never make subtext into text on this front, because whoring is definitely part of Bond's job when he goes undercover, and if it's part of his job then it's totally illogical that he has to limit himself to just beautiful women.

by Anonymousreply 16August 31, 2021 11:50 PM

Hollywood would never make James Bond a gay/bi man. They would make him non-white or even woman before that. James Bond is fun wish fulfillment for straight guys, the last thing they want is to him fucking other guys up in the ass.

Only if it's a bareback flip-flop.
