I have seen numerous people on this site refer to him as a white man... ummm... he is not. This is just proof that people no longer know what white is, and why that term needs to be wiped away.

I see men like him, George Zimmerman and Mario Lopez referred to as white all the time now. Not being black does not mean you are white...

Filipino and Puerto Rican with some Ashkenazi Jew thrown in. He’s mixed race. His mix includes white, but even the white elements are somewhat adjacent (Jewish and Spanish). His Puerto Rican side probably includes some Taino and African ancestry. Both his Spanish and his Jewish genes could provide middle eastern ethnicities. His Filipino genes could be east Asian or indigenous, probably a mix of both. All of his genes are from colonizers, nomads or indigenous folks. All his people got around and got BIZZAY with other folks, one way or another.

I think he has a really cool look, almost totally racially ambiguous. He could be anything because he’s a little bit of everything.

There’s no pleasing these color chart lovers, they see a hierarchy in everything. I was once asked by a group of women all of differing races, who I thought was the most beautiful woman. I said early 90s Whitney Houston, which I legitimately feel, I was then lectured by a dark-skinned AA because Whitney was light-skinned and on why I wouldn’t choose say Lupita Nyong'o. It’s like are you fucking kidding me, I’m at least liberal and I’m on your side but you want to knit pick and hold everyone’s head over a barrel. Ridiculous.

I just realized... did Peter Hernandez change his name to Bruno MARS as a sort of tribute to Freddie MERCURY?

Because yeah, they're both girly male singers from minority backgrounds, who broke into a music industry that isn't open to people from minority backgrounds (other than African-Americans of course). And they both chose planet-themed stage names. More than coincidence?
