Medellin and Bogota are the hot new destinations. Rio, Sao Paolo, Salvador in Brazil. PV and Merida in Mexico. San Juan in DR. Bangkok and Pattaya in Thailand. Berlin and Hamburg in Germany. Ibiza and Barcelona in Spain.
