I don't usually go for gingers but he is very likable, funny, nerdy, and has a sexy voice. What's not to love?

By the way, I would argue that he is the most successful of the Buffy alums because he had creative control of his own show for like a decade. Plus he's more of a character actor so he will always be able to get work.
