I’m so happy for him! Im on my own weight loss journey. . I’ve lost 33 pounds so far and still going strong. I’m concerned about his turkey neck though. It makes him look heavier than he really is. Liposuction would def help! He has the money my God

I used to find Ross Matthews annoying, because when he was on Jay Leno's Tonight Show, I felt he let himself get exploited and abused as a "gay clown" stereotype. But when I watched him on Celebrity Big Brother he impressed me as being a good guy and I came to respect him. I wish him much success.

As others have said this isn't the first time he has lost some weight. So many people who lose weight gain it back. Its easy to fall back into old habits.

If you get the neck down and then gain the weight back you're in trouble. A friend has struggled with weight for years. Thought he had lost it for good and had lipo on his upper arm and the turkey neck removed. Gained back most of the weight and the fat that would have been stored in the neck and upper arm ended up depositing in his face and back of his neck and bizarrely his rib area. He has like boobs on his ribs. His surgeon said this happens with lipo.

R11 yes because we are born with the same amount fat cells we die with -- unless something happens to them (like removing by lipo) Gaining weight usually = those cells increasing in size.

With lipo, you're removing cells completely, so when you gain weight, the remaining cells take on the burden of the missing cells.

How much did he lose? That's far more than 33 pounds. I know a guy in Palm Springs who did yoga while he lost 100 pounds. He looks great and no loose skin.
