Coke + heroin, coke alone rarely leads to fatal overdoses unless u have massive quantities. That’s assuming your stuff isn’t adulterated, which it all is...

How old was she? You really shouldn’t do coke if you’re over 50 (and don’t go telling me that Keith Richard is somehow representative of the rest of the human race). Blood pressure and heart rhythm become much more susceptible to cocaine after age 50.

And nobody should do heroin or fentanyl at any age.

They say she died from pneumonia after suffering from a severe bout of the flu. What I can’t understand is why she wasn’t in hospital.

She left behind three children, a son about 20 and 12 yr old twins. Possible pneumonia like R9 said. I know of two women who died that way, one in her 20s the other in her 30s. One died at home, the other in the hospital.

Pneumonia can kill you if you are also taking certain prescription drugs. The story says the were no illegal drugs in the house but it’s possible there were legal ones, possibly anti anxiety or anti depressants which mixed with a serious lung infection could be lethal.

Back when video models in hip hop were actually thin. Kim was a beauty.

I still remember when radio Wendy Williams announced Kim and J Lo allegedly got into a huge catfight over Diddy at a recording studio once where Kim called J Lo Goya Beans and Rice lol. The timeline J Lo was creeping around with Diddy kinda coincides with when he was with Kim and she was still married to Ojani Noa.

I knew a guy who died from pneumonia at 31. It happens. My coworker was hospitalized for over a month with double pneumonia. It’s serious.

Oh i thought she had heart issues.She had been complaining to doctors for weeks that she didn't feel well....the docs ignored her (like they do all minorities. ..i hope the quack who brushed her off gets called out)
