Prolapse Rectum
John Thompson
Boys and gals should do Kegels regularly. Why people don’t, is beyond me. Tops, bottoms, versas, and virgins- Kegels help maintain a well conditioned core, and can make a huge difference in your life when you naturally age and have increased risks of developing a weakened bladder or loose stools.
Medications can cause these issues, too. Diet is a big factor, leading to one of the largest risk factors for incontinence and/or prolapse of the pelvic floor, uterus, bladder or sphincter-anus: obesity.
Diets lacking fiber rich foods, laxatives, yo-yo dieting, longterm fasting, bulimia, anorexia, smoking, COPD, lack of exercise, weak core muscles (including the buttocks, anal cavity, vaginal cavity, pelvic floor, uterine wall, bladder, lower abs, upper abs, and mid to lower back), dehydration, multiple pregnancies & vaginal births with complications, multiple C-Sections without pulling up & adhering key abdominal muscles & uterine-pelvic wall muscles, once procedure is completed & before final suturing, frequent enemas, alcoholism, opiate use and/or opiate addiction, cocaine inserted in the anus regularly, regular use of suppositories as a conduit for illicit drug use (meth, heroin, crushed pills, coke, and even alcohol) lack of lubricant thereby causing painful intercourse and muscle strains, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Auto-Immune Disorders, frequent diarrhea for prolonged periods of time, untreated STDs, massive trauma, extended periods of bed rest, non-ambulance, catheters, and plain old age.
All of the above can cause anyone, male or female, anal, vaginal, uterine, pelvic floor prolapse, under the right circumstances, especially as the body ages.
Sticking a fist in your ass or a dildo the size of a tree trunk might be fun, but can really fuck up your muscles permanently. This is why women who are birthing very large babies or multiples all at once, are scheduled for C-Sections.
Prolapses are more common after having the first occurrence of one, even after having surgery. Once you get one, male or female, reoccurrence is always possible.
Prolapse and incontinence aren’t the same thing. If you’re obese, sit all day, don’t exercise, eat like shit, develop COPD, pop pills that cause dehydration and compacted stools, hence regularly straining to defecate, you’re gonna end up with something much worse than a prolapsed anus, like a colostomy bag or a permanently diapered ass. You know, like Donald Trump.
A dick in one’s ass? Pretty safe.
