I was looking around on Data Lounge just now and saw a thread about Kevin James, a porn star from the 70s and 80s that only did straight porn and died from cancer in 1990. Kevin's actual name was Kevin Gibson, and he was, at the very least, bisexual. I saw him many weekend nights on the West Hollywood circuit. The circuit was between three venues: the Mother Lode (Rascals before), The Blue Parrot (Revolver after), and Studio One Disco. I don't remember the year the bars changed names, but they were on Santa Monica Blvd, and the studio was across the street on LaPeer. He was very handsome and was definitely interested in guys. HIV/AIDS does increase the likelihood of testicular cancer. I’ve also heard stories about KJ, as some referred to him as, being bisexual. He’s long gone now, but was highly regarded by the person I know who was very close to him. Certainly a beautiful man who was taken way too soon!

Show the receipts (a death certificate showing his cause of death as AIDS) or shut up.

If this were true, Kevin James was a big enough star that the story would have come out. John Holmes died of AIDS two years earlier, and the media was all over it.
