Paul Tefler is not short. Two weeks ago, I attended an outdoor singing performance by his wife, Carmen Cusack (and a small back-up band) in San Diego. She is a Broadway singer and actress. Her husband, Paul, was in the audience and sat a few feet away from me. He's very handsome and at least six feet tall.
