Just tonight we saw on “Curb Your Enthusiasm”:

“Vogner” for “Wagner”.

Once on the Miss America pageant about 15 years ago, a contestant said during the interview portion "public schools have fewer books than private schools," but the closed caption showed it as "public schools have fewer boobs than private schools."

During a political campaign season a newscaster in San Diego said, "a wrong accusation may cost Bill Jones one million dollars," while the closed captioning came out as "a long cushion may cost Bill Jones one million dollars."
