I find NB to be the height of ridiculous: We are ALL nonbinary! No one's gender affectations (or whatever) are all male or all female. There's always a crossover. Always.

However, I'd have zero issue if someone - male or female or whatever - wore the outfit in the pic OP posted. It's professional looking.

As long as clothes are clean, in crisp shape, fit well and are not "LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME!" clothes (and most of these fit that description very well--they're mostly in neutral colors), I'm fine with them.

How the fuck does someone that untalented get published in the NYT? There was nothing in that strange stand-up performance that was funny or even slightly interesting. There were no punchlines or even a story arc. And what was the audience laughing at? Were they his friends and just being nice?

And is he doing drag or is that his regular non-binary day-to-day look? So many questions.

We're in a Recession, Covid is back, flus are spreading like crazy, this winter is predicted to be awful, many states made abortion a crime, gas and energy bills are through the roof, basic necessities like food and toiletries are getting too high to afford, etc. Nobody wants to hear about this nonbinary nonsense anymore.

The issue is not gender but gender roles and stereotypes. But the nonbinary crowd in fact reinforce every gender stereotype in the book. It's interesting how androgynous people never had much issues with their biological sex. Ones that did got sex changes. Many didn't care about the pronouns, in fact enjoyed being called both he/she. The point is, if you're androgynous just live your life as you want. Don't force others to adhere to your impossible standards.
