Nuts about nuts? I am.

Whole cashews, no pieces.

Pistachio, almond, macadamia, cashew, pecan and Brazil nuts.
I sort of like walnuts but not enough to buy them. Don't like filberts even though I love hazelnut flavoring. Where I live we can harvest pine nuts from the wild in September, but shelling them is very tedious.

What's the diff between nuts and seeds? Sunflower seeds are like nuts.

Pistachios are fun because you have to open them. They're sort of the PEZ of the nut world. But sometimes the little slit at the side isn't wide enough.
I like cashews and almonds with bits of chocolate and raisins. It's dessert!

Pistachios, roasted and unsalted. Heaven.

I would be hard pressed to name a favorite, love every one of them. I use to hate the Brazil nuts when I was a kid but now I even love them.

Brazil nuts are slightly radioactive.

Cashews which, of course, are the one nut that never trends in as "healthy".

These.
I miss red pistachios. A fond memory from my childhood. Yes, I know the red dye was bad what wasn't back then. The Wonderful Company sells salt and pepper pistachios at my local Walgreens. Those things are fantastic!

Peanuts, pistachios, macadamia, cashew, pecan and Brazil, and walnuts.
Ironically I don’t like any of them in ice cream or pies (like pecan pie). Just like to nosh on them by themselves.

Pistachios and roasted and salted peanuts by the Virginia Peanut Company

Boiled peanuts in late summer are the bomb.
Southerners and few other lucky Americans look forward to the green peanut season every year.

I can eat Virginia extra crunchy peanuts by the pound, which is disturbing. I am not exactly sure what aflatoxin does or if it even exists if the nuts are roasted, but I know it can't be normal to eat them by the freaking pound, but I cannot stop once I start.

Marzipan. From the marzipan tree I expect.

R19, it's Mirtazapine from the Mirtazapine trees.

I'm eating pistachio nuts right now, from Whole Foods, unsalted.
And I must admit they really are addictive. At a certain point, you have to force yourself to stop.

Shelled nuts should be outlawed. Outlawed I say! Everyone should shell their own nuts. Respect nature!

Turkish pistachios. Yummy.

Unfortunately you can't binge on nuts, unless you enjoy diarrhea.

The Chinese took away most of our nuts.
When I was a kid, every supermarket had barrels of them for cheap.
The Chinese stole them all.

r26 Agree with you about Turkish pistachios, and Iranian, if you can find them, are even better. Those colossal pistachios from California can't begin to match the flavor of imports. I fondly remember the red-dyed ones(as noted above), and at Christmas time you could occasionally find green-dyed ones as well.
Walnuts are a particular favorite, especially good added to oatmeal, or stirred into slightly-softened vanilla ice cream.
Toasted/roasted pecans are quite tasty, and hazelnuts/filberts have to be, in order to maximize their subtle flavor.
