It wasn't Nanny who was a witch, but Juliet Mills. She had put a curse on the cast. Richard Long dying at an early age, Trent Lehman's suicide and Kim Richard's alcoholism and murder of her spouse. She was also said to have cast love spells on gentlemen who were much younger in age than she.
