FKA Twigs recently called out one of ex's. Not by name though as having "mommy issues". Fans quickly assumed its Robert Pattinson that she is talking about. FKA has also posted a Tik Tok video with her kissing Spanish actor/musician Aron Piper who himself was recently seen dancing with Dua Lipa.

I’m 32. I just have actually listened to a lot of old music and everything made before 2000, even, is MILES better than the shit today. Everyone is manufactured and lacking in…well, multiple things. Either technical talent, or creativity, or emotional honesty.

People dislike her because she is a berely mediocre artist who has relied on much undeserved hype, ridiculous gimmicks, old fashioned gossip and victimhood olympics in order to achieve fame. Her voice is mediocre at best (she makes a fuss about being operatically trained, but she can barely cover the mezzo range and her high notes are airy and weak falsetto pipsqueaks), her songs don't have either structure nor melody, and the production is clunky at best. Most of the songs I've heard from her are just elevator music with pretensions.
In short, she is like that other insufferably pretentious freak Bjork, with the difference that Bjork receives even more undeserved praise even though she has an even worse voice.
The only artist who could pull off the ridiculous costumes what Lady Gaga, because she does have a voice to support the exaggerate presentations and absurd mannerisms - and even then, she eventually had to stop and provide the public with something more substantial, because being a freak does get old sooner than later.
In short, if this talentless, self-important twit hadn't had her management hook her up with increasingly famous and not that physically remarkable men, she'd have disappeared long ago because she is entirely devoid of charisma and talent, and isn't even particularly pretty. She is, in fact, one of the personifications of everything that is wrong with the music industry nowadays, and celebrity culture in general: untalented, pretentious clowns grandstand, feed their oversized egos with nonsense and then, play the victims when their critics correctly point out that they cannot sing, dance, act nor write anything worthy of being listened.
