Stowell has struggled to break out in Hollywood for a long time (was recently recast in what would have been a high profile casting for the FX Jeff Bridges show)

It does not surprise me that it took a gay producer to understand what Stowell essentially is, a hairy Sex God, and objectify him as such.

He’s been around a very long time without breaking out. Slightly goofy, retro face (was cast as Francis Gary Powers in Spielberg’s Bridge of Spies).

I rented the silly romcom this weekend. AS has a very interesting presence because he’s so tall, square-jawed and statuesque but also has a very soft voice and slight lisp. He would have made a great Oliver in Call Me By Your Name a decade ago.

R27, I just saw it too and thought it surprisingly good. He was distracting though. I couldn’t decide if he was attractive or not. His mouth kind of killed it for me.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gay (and I’m NOT one of those posters who thinks everyone is gay), the voice was a bit suspect. I saw another film with Henry Zaga (first time seeing him too) and thought he was gorgeous.
