The shower was held at a strip club and the mom-to-be was in her underwear. A race to the bottom of the tackiness scale.
I think Kim looks OK for a senior citizen. She's got that weird thing going on in the lower face area that happens with plastic surgery. Not as bad as Priscilla Presley though she better be careful, she's going that route.

She looks pretty bad, but 90% of it is that she is shiny and has no eyebrows. I think the flash photography is making things worse.
It’s not good, but if she stops now and addresses the brows she’ll look pretty good for 70.

It's so interesting to see which aging actresses get extreme plastic surgery in (deluded) hopes of preserving their beauty, and which ones have only minimal work done so they can believably play older character roles.
If you fall into the former group, you're just not going to get many offers for jobs since you don't look like a recognizable human being anymore. (Jessica Lange and Nicole Kidman have been exceptions to this rule.)
If you fall into the latter group, your continuing work even in supporting roles is more important to you than your beauty.
