A lot of middle-aged and older women are now being compared, looks-wise to Caitlyn Jenner. Cindy Crawford would be an example. I think it's more to do with plastic surgery, in general, and the common procedures that are performed on middle-aged and older women. (Everybody's getting the same procedures, everybody's starting to resemble each other.)

That said, I don't think Kathy Hilton resembles Caitlyn Jenner (in OP's photo).

Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards do have that underbite. Kim Richards (sister of Kathy & Kyle) doesn't have the underbite.
