Also, Satanic cults aren’t real. Cosplay is not Satanism, nor is a thing called “Satan” real. Lighting an assorted set of multi-colored candles placed in a fucking circle and proceeding to chant bullshit gibberish, isn’t Satanism, as much as a bunch of hysterical neurotics, speaking in tongues while on a church service isn’t Christianity.

Both of these things are ritualistic performances that people participate in for whatever fucking reasons, and while both practices do seem to attract mentally unwell people, most people involved in this crap are just looking for a way to express themselves and their neuroticism, via the abstract, and the smarter ones either exploit it if they’re true assholes, or realize the futility and absurdity of either, and walk away. No harm, no foul.

The drug dealing , coke sniffing , orgiastic assertions are silly AF, since by all accounts, most of Hollywood’s show-biz kids were all doing the same shit, whether on El Cielo Drive or elsewhere.

No one “manifested” or “drew” a gang of psychos to their doorsteps who proceed to grotesquely butcher them , as a consequence for partying and/or fucking, male or female, pregnant or not, Hollywood famous or hangers on, alike.

I’m not a sycophant regarding this particular part of Hollywood’s “true crime” history, and while I sporadically do get into researching/learning more about it, I find the obsession many display towards it to be oddly macabre at best, or alternatively exploitative, (as per usual), at worst.

The documentary is fascinating AF so far, and it’s a damn shame people lost their lives in this particular manner.

Also, to the trolls going on about “Hollywood Liberals”? Please do, shut the fuck up, you fucking prudish and Pollyanna dweeb. Who the fuck actually extrapolates shit like this to liberal or conservative politics?
