I recall Cyd Zeigler sharing a story many years ago of impromptu rugby in the park with friends and ending up playing against Mohr and a group of his dudebro friends. Apparently, many taunts of "faggot!" and such got thrown before someone pulled Mohr aside and informed him that the guys he was taunting were actually gay and he was coming off as a hatemongering bigot.

Actually, he's not gay, but he's humorous. In the film GO Jay played one half of a gay couple who helped out an undercover police officer. I think his boyfriend was played by the guy from PARTY OF FIVE. GO was sort of a less heavy, less intense, more fun PULP FICTION. I think Taye Diggs was in it.

In one or two stand up comedy sets, Jay talks about his gay son in goofy, but supportive and loving terms.

Jay doesn't have any friends. It’s easy to tell, because there’s no one out there who gently warned him that reading poetry and showing his pencil dick in some awful video aren't the best ideas.

Admittedly I used to like him as a public figure, you could even say I was a casual fan. I stopped listening to his podcast early on, however, because he was so fucking uninformed speaking with any guest who wasn't a personal acquaintance of his that it got embarrassing.

He can be funny and talented as an actor and he is attractive in a homely former-jock/your-teens’-football-coach type of way, but the more salient fact remains that he’s also a tryhard pseudo-intellectual buffoon a la BRogan who blew his career on LARPing in stand-up comedy. It's funnier that he's a failure of a comic whose wife took him to the cleaners, while the Pattons of the world wheelbarrow their millions with their fat little baby hands and put their wives down with impunity when they're sick of them and want a new fresh model.

Mohr was great in JERRY MAGUIRE, though.
