Japan arrests two American streamers

Ismael Ramsey Khalid aka Johnny Somali and his partner Jeremiah Dwane Branch, aka Jino were arrested in Osaka last week. Somali became infamous for streaming in Japan harassing citizens with racist language. He was physically assaulted numerous times before the Japanese Mob told him to leave. They did but returned and the police were waiting for him. He and Jino trespassed into a construction site and it was obvious the police were monitoring his streams and made an arrest. Yes both Somali and Jino streamed their arrests. It is fairly hilarious that both of them seemed to think they were still in the States as they were calling for their lawyers and asking about their rights. Both even asked their fans to call the Embassy. Even if they serve no jail time, Japanese laws enabling the police to hold them for over 3 weeks and interrogate them.

They tried this shit in Japan because they knew they could get away with it and they did.....for a while. The Japanese Yakuza caught up to them in Thailand and they beat a hasty retreat. A lot of the comments are inviting them to their countries to try this. If you ever saw their videos, they try to pull the race card every single time they're confronted.

They're being held because of the trespassing charge, but you can be sure there are other things that will get tacked on. All the footage still exists on the various streaming services so technically, it can be used as evidence, but since the morons are already in custody, law enforcement probably doesn't need it. In Japan, you're guilty until proven innocent. Absolutely they were monitoring their streams and knew that they would do something that would be an offense that would put them away. They gave the police their opportunity and they pounced.
Although some feel they will be released after 28+ days with no charges and deported, there is a very large sentiment that they're made an example of so others won't try to do this as well.

It's now been established that they weren't simply taken into custody, they were arrested. Big difference. A judge was presented with the evidence and issued the warrant, meaning they were damn sure they could get a conviction and here is where the 99% conviction rate comes from. That's why they were informed the Osaka Municipal court issued the warrant. They aren't playing around. Second, this wasn't something that just happened overnight. They were collecting evidence for weeks to get the warrant and it means Johnny and Jino will do time. Also, they were obviously looking at their stupid streams to determine other charges. People arrested also have to take a drug test when they're booked so if they see some pot in their pee, it's really game over.

You keep reading "make him show his badge", "don't say anything", "demand a lawyer", "you have freedom of speech." In Jino's case, he lied to the police about not knowing who Johnny is, which is another chargeable offense and it was all captured on stream. When he followed Johnny into the restricted construction site, he said "what have you gotten me into?" All recorded for Osaka law enforcement.

More good news. Johnny has now been charged with obstructing business. He was not released after the 23 day holding because he had already been arrested for trespassing. They're now piling on the charges.

His bitch and accomplice Jino was married to a Japanese girl who dumped him. He was in Japan illegally on a spouse Visa. If you watch his arrest video, someone asks him to call his ex-wife, and he says she's ghosted him. Allegedly, he wanted to have Japanese citizenship before all this happened. Johnny's tourist visa also puts him squarely in line for more trouble as he was working doing his streaming. That visa expires at the end of this month and since he will be in custody then, he will have more charges filed.

Wanted to add that even though Japan's recidivism rate is low but rising, part of those numbers are seniors who commit minor crimes so they can be incarcerated to have a roof over their head, food and health care. Many have no families so jail is a good place for them.

God R120, that is incredibly sad. I cannot believe that so many governments are making preparations for war while their own populations are reduced to having to commit crimes in order to avoid the hardships of extreme poverty. Late stage empires are truly monstrous entities.
