His character on One Tree Hill was such an asshole jock in the first season and I could never buy his transformation to good guy in subsequent seasons.

Age 32 is not aged, he's still quite young. But yes, he does still look very nice.

He's a handsome dude but I don't think he looks particularly youthful for 32. If you told me he was 40 I wouldn't have been shocked although I would have concurred he was aging well.
