Except he’s not an ectomorph. An ectomorph is a natural thin person. Jack Schlossberg was pretty fleshy when he wasn’t into fitness. He had what would probably be considered a “normal” body to most people.

I also so that face on two of my friends after just a year or two of Tina sex. Tina can eat away fat that you don't get back, just like AIDS used to. This is the face that people are now calling ozempic face as well. Because apparently for certain folks ozempic can also zap face fat a bit too aggressively.

It's in his face. It reflects rapid, excess weight loss. No one his age would have a face so gaunt without some physiological imbalance. Remember, he was a husky kid. It could be depression. Even with treatment, depression can curb the appetite. He's young and athletic and needs a certain caloric intake -- and he's not getting it.
I hope he'll be alright, and I wish he'd leave social media for a while.
