JCPenney will benefit from the imminent demise of Sears/Kmart. Especially since they've started selling major appliances.

The soon-to-be departed CEO of Penney was the ex CEO of Home Depot. I'm guessing a head hunter approached the Penney guy with an offer he couldn't refuse and the guy took it since the money was fabulous and his background was with Lowe's chief competitor.

"Analysts" like Cramer have been predicting the IMMINENT, ANY SECOND NOW demise of Sears, Macy's, Penney's, Dillard's and just about every other middle class department store, but these stores are all managing to hang in there. These "analysts" belong in the same boat as the "Trump will leave office any day now" crew.

It's all just fucking click bait.
