"I'll NEVER stop getting fired!" vows Bryan Fuller
Robert Guerrero
Jeez how hard is he to work with?

Wow, he has huge hands. Isn't he gay?

Damn, leaving two series in a row. I like Bryan Fuller but that doesn't look good.

3 series in a row. American Gods, Star Trek and now Amazing Stories.

Yep. Him and his partner Scott Roberts.

I wonder if he has the same disease that Jonathan Larsen of Rent had that gives him the huge hands.
| by Anonymous | reply 5 | February 7, 2018 8:04 PM |
Jonathan Larsen had Marfan's Syndrome? I had no idea.

Isn't he doing 'Vampire Chronicles' with Anne Rice (the author of 'An interview with a vampire'?)

He's just your garden variety messy queen.

His hair is impressively lush for an old.

Girl, where do you think you are posting? We know who Anne Rice is.

R9 He looks very different in the OP's pic and R4's - hair and weight wise.

It is such a shame. What he manages to get out is pretty great, but I guess not mainstream enough. Both Ryan Murphy and Greg Berlanti manage to deliver mainstream successes that result in future projects being greenlit by the higher ups.

Out of everything I've read about Bryan Singer, I never thought "hard to work with" would be his ultimate downfall. Color me surprised.

He's a genius but could be getting too far up his own ass.
Critics creamed over 'Hannibal' but nobody watched it. And it was art, but the height of niche. Ditto 'Pushing Daisies,' 'Wonderfalls', etc. etc. etc.
He just doesn't make commercially successful shows, and I guess the stakes are too high for these new projects.

R13 Bryan FULLER not Bryan Singer
| by Anonymous | reply 15 | February 7, 2018 9:22 PM |
The problem with those is he was working with network television when he is definitely a cable/streaming director r14.
Fuller is not a broadcast television creative, "Hannibal" should have never been there. It would have been fine on FX, but it was a low rated failure for NBC.

You would think Amazon or Netflix would throw money at him to have him create a show for them, just for bragging rights.

Would've loved to see the show but since Apple's looking for something family friendly - no thanks.

Ten Bucks says the first episode is a remake of the most well-known ep of the original show: The Mission (season one, ep five).

Bryan Fuller does IT for me. He sexy and talented. BUT he's got to be an asshole tho..... its just math.

His best show was Dead Like Me. It’s been all downhill from there.

Not a fan of the shirt he's wearing in OP's pic.
| by Anonymous | reply 23 | February 8, 2018 4:24 PM |
I only remember one episode. The one where the kids put laxatives in the hot chocolate of their grandma?
| by Anonymous | reply 24 | February 8, 2018 4:32 PM |
He has great ideas but seems to run afoul of producers trying to put him on a workable budget. It's a shame beause I want to see these things he's imagining and he keeps bailing.
