So i have a neighbor who has serious issues. He's a steam room troll. . He has no interest in any movies that don't have sex in it. He finds most tv shows boring, even though the Graham norton show was unfunny. Has never been to europe because he would rather go to a resort in the US hang out at the pool and go to the spa. Only talks about his sexual encounters, sometimes he has 3 a day on grinder. His other pastime is going to fancy restuarants and eating. Conversations mostly revert to sex. No interest in politics or any arts. Is obsesses with Kylie Minougue and music videos. He is seriously f'd up right? Is it hypersexuality? Don't think i will be hanging out with him much anymore. I try to be a well rounded person but this guy....omg.

He most likely has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder due to his boredom watching television. His restricted and narrow interest sound like Asperger’s Syndrome except Asperger’s tend to be the exact opposite of what you are saying - hypersexual but in a neurotypical way. But everyone is different.

Is he heavy into kink? That could indicate Aspergers.
