It's pretty obvious that the young Don Draper has a (good) nose job sometime in his 20s, based on photos.

But I can't help wondering if he didn't have additional work to his eyes, chin, etc.

maybe some people just grow into their noses, I know I did. When i look at photos from high school all I see a big nose and an awkward smile.

I grew into my features around 24 or so.

He's gross. Should have done jail time for brutalizing a frat pledge. Pulled the pledge by his balls with the claw of a hammer., among other depraved acts. Believe it or not, there were criminal charges against him over it. Of course he walked away from that unscathed, which im sure fed his ego to no end. Textbook psychopath if there ever was one.
