r5 their twerk game is weak.
There is more of an art to it.
youth of today can't even drop it.

but lads might be better with working, twerking, their way down
starting tadasana, mountain pose,
as few have the flexibility and control over the necessary muscle groups

start with a shoulder roll
and like a cascading wave,
working downward
to a slow but forceful fucking.
leaning slightly back and setting up the motion in your abs
when you start to feel the core burn
jut out the butt
better hands above knees than bending over outright.
a real ho will learn to go straight up and down
without having to bend over or stop twerknig

I can twerk. It's not hard if you have loose enough hips and some rhythm. I figured out I could twerk when I was hanging around some Black girls I went to high school with. We were in the computer lab listening to music, rap song comes on, they start dancing, I'm gay and lacking shame and spent many Friday nights dancing while trying to look sexy in my room, so I get up and throw that ass, they laugh and then say "you do that too well to be a white boy". Eh, it's a gift.
