It's been about five years since DL had a mugshot thread. I noticed all of the pics on those were young, pretty, white boys, whereas I prefer dark features and black hair. Out of the 500 or so I have, I just picked out 50 or so I thought were better looking or striking, even if they're not to everyone's taste. Something to look at on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Then maybe you guys can resume filling out the thread with cute, white boys in trouble from the past five years.

When print started to die, a local newspaper started printing a mugshot tabloid (this is in reference to it’s size, like that of an entertainment weekly) twice a month. It was a huge hit! It was fun to pick one up and look for my neighbors.
