Didn't just happen... happened a months ago... her SUV flipped over.... ended up in the hospital... back to work a week later??

Why is that hard to believe, OP? She probably had her seat belt on, and, obviously, wasn't badly hurt in the accident. People are in accidents all the time. They don't always lead to horrible injuries.
