I remember seeing this video at the mall in the early 80s and being fascinated by it. I think it was playing at Musicland, or some other now defunct music store.

I saw One Man Show. I was 18, 6'2" and weighed 155 lbs and wore black Levis and a Schott biker jacket. Thats what I wore when we would go see Rockabilly and to blues clubs. I was thrilled not frightened! It was at the ancient Hudson Theatre then called the Savoy rock club.
