However, in these days of social media, the phrase "we despise in others what we see in ourselves" continues to be proven true time and again. Guys who aren't worried about being a homo don't spend any time thinking about gay people and what we're doing in private. They certainly aren't spending a lot of time contemplating who puts what and where. They ask about it out of some clinical curiosity, but don't spend a second thinking about it afterwards.
