Gain Scent Beads
Robert Guerrero
I enjoy the scent of Gain. I wonder if anyone has used these? Thoughts?

Sure, if you enjoy inhaling chemicals. Not to mention the disgusting earth-killing hard plastic containers they come in.
There are plenty of eco-friendly low waste detergent choices out there today. Fuck all that plastic and chemicals.

Stuff some of those scent beads up your ass r1
| by Anonymous | reply 2 | April 4, 2022 4:04 PM |
I would, R2, but I don't buy them because I'm not trailer trash like you. So please do it for me from your personal stash and let me know how it feels. Thx.

I want to force em on you r3 just because you’re insufferable
| by Anonymous | reply 4 | April 4, 2022 4:12 PM |
I gladly suffer r3 r1. Why would anyone want their clothing to stink?
| by Anonymous | reply 5 | April 4, 2022 4:16 PM |
They smell great initially, but the smell doesn’t really last past a few hours. Not worth it.

R6 I’m wondering how those do anally? I ask for r5

I like them, but sometimes if I am not washing things in hot, the beads don't "melt" like they are supposed to. You have to put everything in for a second washing because they stain in the dryer,
Also, don't use them and then put things in the dryer with a deodorizing dryer sheet. They take whatever scent away.

A person I know told me she was sexually harassed by an individual who entered her business the other day and began masturbating in front of her. She said he displayed it all. She excused herself pretending to take a phone call in another room and he left. She described him as basically an undesirable. She notified the police after the incident and they made a report of the event. She has told me she thinks it happened because she recently lost 20 lbs. and made kind of snickered that her husband is upset the man showed her his penis. I’m not sure but she acts like she enjoyed the incident.

I like my clothes to smell like clothes. Not a French whore. Take a bath OP

Shove em up your ass, you whore!

Gain scent beads have been linked to many sexual harassment cases and are part of Satanic rituals in the laundry room!

Save your money. Use White Vinegar in final rinse. Works beautifully and has no smell.

Admit I liked the scent. Agree it doesn't last, unless you hang your clothes up to dry. Tends to disappear in the dryer. Also, I started getting some skin irritations. I got rid of the scent boosters and switched to All Free and Clear. Skin irritations went away.

Paying for perfume for your clothes. Not needed.

When the pandemic began in March '20, I was forced to buy Gain dishwashing liquid as it was the only one available. Awful perfumey scent. Stopped using it the moment I found Dawn. If the laundry detergent smells like that, I'd choke in my clothes. I finally used the Gain to scrub the driveway afrer my car developed an oil leak.

Original Gain was my favourite after moving to the States. Gain with "Sunshine Fresh" bleach was quite nice as well. It all stinks now, IMHO.
I'm not specifically singling out P&G here, but sincerely wish these corporations would cease labelling products as "Original" when they're not. This is deceptive marketing, and makes the consumer even more furious after such changes. Scent is very important to many, and that is why they selected the product in the first place.

WRONG. You get used to the smell just like people get used to their own cloying colognes, but the rest of us can still smell the putrid scents. I've gotten nauseous a few times from coworkers reeking in Gain-infested clothing.
Btw: none of those scents smell remotely like the subtle and nuanced flowers and herbs they're named after. You smell like cheap, one-note tackiness.

I use that in my Siamese Trixie's catbox to quell the odor

I HATE Gain. It is fucking disgusting. I don't mind scented laundry detergent that leaves a light smell on clothes, but whenever I have used Gain detergent, my clothes come out of the dryer smelling like they've been soaked in noxious floral-scented oil. The worst part is that the smell seems to stay in the clothes and transfer onto your skin. You can literally smell it coming out of your pores when you shower after a day of wearing clothing that was laundered with it. I have never had this experience using any other laundry detergent. I only use Persil—I like the scent, but more importantly, it actually washes out of your clothing and only a hint of it remains when the clothes are dry.

OP, you can make a scented ironing water and scented linen spray with a few inexpensive ingredients. Save the planet and save your body.

I don't use Gain, but I do use Downy scented lavender beads in the wash. That with A&H luandry pods. My clothes do come out smelling fresh and clean with a hint of lavender, and the scent does stay on until the next washing. I do recommend Downmy lavender for bed linens. Pillow cases have a light scent.

I’m vacationing in a gain hotel

Has fabric softener fragrance gotten stronger? I stopped using them years ago and lately when I am out there is always someone who smells like they fell into a vat of Downy, it is just as strong and choking as any cologne.
