Are you kidding OP? I love Fran but this was torture. Bill M getting ever more inebriated as the conversation went on. Fran recycled old jokes (F: Can I have an apple? Mom: MAY I have an apple? F: May I have an apple? Mom: NO.) The set was shadowy and weird. I did gather that Fran's a wee bit more conservative than we think.

In one interview, she said when she first moved to NYC, she drove a cab and she only drove just enough hours to pay rent and buy cigarettes.

She loves to read and I imagine she lays in bed all day, smokes and reads. Maybe drinks Diet Cokes.

Love them both, but Fran should stop smoking. And both of them should stop acting as if it's harmless and doesn't both others even when you're close by outside. it's a disgusting and intrusive habit...even though yes, they all smoked in the movies 70 years ago and on airplanes a generation ago. They banned smoking on planes for a reason. Do better, Bill and Fran.

Bill Maher needs a 12-step program badly.

I used to be a fan but I'm beginning to dislike a lot of the shit he throws around especially when he's flying high. The only thing I almost always still respect is his rant at the end of his HBO show because it's written by him with others.
