Fool Me Once on Netflix
John Thompson
Loved it. Plot holes, too many tangents and rampant use of car trackers for some odd reason but it was a good time. Joana Lumley as a stone cold matriarch of a rich family is worth the price of admission.

I just watched this last week and really enjoyed it too OP. Lots of twists and turns and it was well done. Lumley was excellent and very cold and humourless.

I’ll give this a shot because she’s in it, but anything with Harlan Coben’s name attached to it I’ve seen has been awful.

Love Coben’s books when I’m reading them but they don’t stick with me. The generic titles don’t help. I know I’ve read Fool Me Once but I couldn’t tell you what it’s about

I realized my husband isn’t as gay as I am when he would not take “Joanna Lumley is in it” as sufficient recommendation. But we both ended up enjoying it even though it was convoluted. We enjoyed spotting the moments when the camera and heroine tried to make us think of either one or the other Mrs. Ben Afflecks.

Loved the homes and yes, I’m still mulling over a few of the plot holes but it was a fun stream, especially for Joanna. And I love Adeel Akhtar in everything.

Where is she? I don't know, Oh wait I have my car tracker......There were no less than five car trackers put on cars not to mention easy CCTV footage of everything including the cop who said he swerved to miss a cat. Of course, the big good-looking cop was gay. Causually mentioned.
