He's not funny at all judging from that clip (maybe he's better in others?). He just acts annoying, loud and lolrandom just like every TikToker. That said, I'd watch him cook if he did regular length videos where he talks about life and cooking. I don't follow him, so maybe he does have that.

Dylan seems like a sweet kid. His short-form content is a bit OTT, but the long form is far calmer. He uses double entendres found in the recipe text to indicate things about himself. IIRC, he is an uncut top whose lovers don’t stick around. He’s obsessed with early to mid-20th century Americana. He’s in Wyoming for school and hails from Bermuda.
