OMG, WHY??? She was perfectly fine looking. No great beauty, but certainly not ugly... which she is now.

I often wonder about people who have gone overboard. So far, Courteney Cox is the only celebrity that I've seen publicly express regret.

I doubt she regrets it. People who have too much plastic surgery may want to look young, but if they can't they'll settle for looking like a rich bitch who has millions to spend on plastic surgery.
