I just finished watching part 1 of Ken Burns film Exploring Ben Franklin on PBS and I am astounded at how much this man impacted America but I think more important to DLers is was he hot?

I watched both episodes and thought it was great. No, he was not hot, but I think what women found attractive about him was that he paid attention to them; he was charming.

I learned new things about BF that I never knew before, and he might be my new favorite founding father. (I used to like John Adams, but now he seems high maintenance. I used to give Jefferson credit for writing the Declaration of Independence, but after 1800 he was a jerk and he is the antagonist in Hamilton. George Washington is virtuous and a good dancer, but otherwise kind of boring; he would be more interesting if he had had an affair with Baron von Steuben. James Madison gets credit for writing the Constitution, but his wife is way more interesting than he is.)
