Does anyone have a PA or other dick piercing?

How bad did it hurt when you got it? Is there a significant upside sexually?

It hurt like HELL...it got infected and they had to castrate my penis.

This forum is probably not the best for discussion on this because of the all the judgemental ewwwwwww queens. It does hurt but it’s over pretty quickly. The best advice is to find a good piercer in your area. Do your homework and ask around for recommendations.

Follow their guidance as to what gauge to start with. My piercer recommends starting at 12 or 10g since it’s a smaller hole being made. From there you stretch the hole with larger gauge jewelry once it heals. My recommendation is to get custom jewelry with a smaller diameter and would get slightly larger balls.

Keep in mind peeing standing up is more challenging. Sexually it does create more stimulation on the frenum. I am a 0g and would have to take it out for oral sex. There are a number of forums on Reddit where you can/see ask questions, but keep in mind you’ll get a multitude of opinions which is why I recommend connecting with a piercer you can trust.

I really like my PA and enjoy the feel and esthetic of it—mine is a black circular barebell with teal balls. You get a lot of questions and stares in the gym but most people are respectful. It’s definitely something where you need to make an informed decision. Also, if you have a partner make sure you discuss it with them. Feel free to ask any questions.

No body modification “makes sense” including earrings or tattoos. I see people with the ugliest and most ridiculous tattoos but I wouldn’t say they were mentally ill for getting them. It’s just a form of personal expression,

I had a PA for years. Liked the weight. It seemed to make orgasms more intense for some reason. I eventually let it close up about five years ago. The hole on the underside is still there.
