Keanu looks old and haggard to me, he just dyes his hair and stays rail thin.
Paul Rudd probably gets injections, and if he still has his own hair color at 52 that's unusual.
Back in the 70s people in movies had to age naturally, other than facelifts and hair dye there wasn't a lot they could do - and some chose not to, and to age naturally - it wasn't the sin it is now.
And anyway why are you comparing a leading man and a character actor? Characters actors make their money by looking like character actors. They don't need to concern themselves with looking youthful and beautiful, unlike leads and certain supporting actors who play second leads.

Does anyone else compare the way they look at comparable ages of those from the past. I remember knowing the exact date at which I would be the precise age of JFK when he was killed. I’m now older than when the likes of FDR & LBJ died.
